Where are you located?

NueMade is located in Wisconsin, USA. Founded in the Madison area.

 

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States. However, as we grow, international shipping will be in the works. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the processing and shipping time?

We currently have 5 - 10 business days for processing time as everything is made by hand.

 We drop off packages once a week for sustainability and efficiency. However, once your package is dropped off at the post office, delivery times are not within our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for our products as they are all final sale. If there are any concerns, please contact us via email and we are happy to assist you.

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
